Mike Horn
A rare Naples native, Mike is well acquainted with Southwest Florida and is in his second decade as an independent agent. To complement his knowledge of the local landscape, Mike has furthered his professional development as an active member of the Florida Association of Independent Agents by graduating from the Florida Future Insurance Leaders Program in 2017 and maintaining the agency’s good standing with the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, including graduating from the Growing Associates in Naples (GAIN) program in 2014.
Mike immensely enjoys serving his community in and outside the office. He is a currently serving as Secretary of Pelican Bay Rotary Club and chairing the club’s annual golf tournament. For his efforts, Mike was previously recognized as the club’s Rotarian of the Year. A former multi-term Director for the Cancer Alliance of Naples, Mike continues to lend his time and support to this organization that is dear to his heart.
An avid endurance athlete, Mike is frequently seen around town running or cycling. His dedication to training has taken him across the fabled Ironman finish line six (6) times and he has completed numerous other triathlons and running races. To relax, Mike enjoys traveling (often to a race), golf, college football, and long walks with his wife Alicia and their miniature Australian shepherd, Peyton Manning.

A Naples resident since 1978, Ilene has actively serviced the personal and commercial insurance needs of Southwest Florida during a time of unprecedented growth and change. Involved in the insurance industry for more than four (4) decades—first alongside her husband, Mike, Sr., and now with her son, Mike, Jr.—Ilene’s passion for her work is undeniable. She is committed to structuring an insurance program that will protect your assets and your family.
Hailing from Indiana, Ilene holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University and a Master of Arts in Secondary School Administration from Purdue University. Ilene enjoys reading, spending time with her French bulldogs Brutus and Peanut, pilates, and spoiling her grandchildren, Lucas and Janelle.
